We focus on an underserved segment: high-quality companies generating up to $5 million in EBITDA that are navigating ownership transitions or strategic inflection points. These businesses have real scale, loyal client relationships, and defensible expertise, yet often lack the capital, systems, and leadership depth to reach their next phase of growth.
We invest selectively, on a deal-by-deal basis, working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and management teams to build ensuring value.
